Bye, lappie!

After four years, my fujitsu s7020 just went off like that, it refuses to start up after i put it on standby mode on a fateful day.. does it mean sayonara for good? =(

i thought i should let it cool, chill, freeze watever and try again the next day, and again a few days later, but to no avail.

i guess the time has come for us to say goodbye..

没有耐性的我加上Comex的引诱，迫使我移情别恋了。终于有个好理由购买仰慕已久的netbook了。觉得自己好喜新厌旧啊！

Today, i finally brought it down to the service centre for a proper diagnosis.

REsult: It is quite hard to bring it back to life.

i was horrified to learn that there was one big dent at the bottom, omg even the technician thought i used it to hit somebody, please lor i not so violent hor..

This shows how much i have neglected my lappie..

I guess many times we often take things for granted, only when we have lost something, do we learn to treasure it.. Thinking back, my lappie has been with me for all my undergraduate years.. it has accompanied me through many late nights and mad rush for numerous term papers, ppt, reports, and readings. Not to forget biddings of modules, and of cos it was also my only source of communication during the three mth in US..

Although it was with some reluctance, i guess i have to let it go. It felt a little like euthanasia, making the decision to pull the plug. But the good news is the 'brain' is transplanted to carry on the legacy..
