Now that most of us are working, it is quite a task to have gatherings and meet up with friends. In the past, we were able to meet up after a few smses or calls as our schedules were more or less similar. Nowadays, some meet-ups have to be scheduled weeks in advance, others are pushed back indefinitely. i cant imagine what will happen in a few years' time.
Nevertheless, i enjoyed and treasured each and every one of these gatherings, whether it's over a meal, a picnic, guitar heroes, a swim, a movie, or volunteer work.. I guess these add some life beyond the dull cycle of work, home and sleep.
