The first 2 days when we just arrived was v cold. Had to wear 3 layers every day. Esp when we first arrived at wildwood terminal, waiting for morey's ppl to pick us up, the hour seems like years when we got chased out of the terminal ( it was closing at ard 4plus!) and had to endure the windy cold. Everyone was jumping ard or hidding in some corner with the sun. What a pathetic scene.. It seems like saviour when the ppl finally arrived. Everything went on well after that, as the morey's ppl chk us into our house, did the employment processing and brought us to do the social security the next day. Basically we just had to follow their instructions. Tried sam's pizza as it was recommended by Richie, a guy fm morey's. Very diff from S'pore style. The names and pattern of the pizzas are not so fancy as back home. They are mostly plain, cheese, pepperoni, sausages, broccoli.. and they are huge! But really they are thinner, so basically abt the same size as ours i guess.

As the food outside is mostly pizzas and burgers, we have been grocery shopping and cooking our own meals quite a lot. Superfresh & Family value had become our weekly must-go places. Definitely honing our culinary and bargain-looking skills.
